Training Course Topic: Bomb Threat Drill

Training Course Description: Overview of the knowledge and practical skills needed to
effectively respond to a bomb threat in the workplace or public setting.

Course Objective: Understand the nature and risks associated with bomb threats, identify
suspicious packages, objects, or behaviours, follow the organization’s bomb threat
response procedures accurately and calmly, apply proper communication and evacuation
protocols, understand the roles and responsibilities of employees, security personnel, and
emergency response teams, participate effectively in a bomb threat drill to test and
strengthen emergency preparedness.

Target Audience: all employees, contractors, and management personnel, security and
emergency response team members, supervisors, and Safety officers responsible for
emergency coordination.
