Training Course Topic: Accident Investigations

Training Course Description: This training provides participants with a basic
understanding of accident investigation and its importance in the workplace. It covers
how to report incidents, identify immediate and root causes, and collect relevant
information following an accident or near miss.

Course Objective: To equip participants with the basic knowledge and skills needed to
effectively participate in accident investigations and support the prevention of future
incidents.

Target Audience: employees, supervisors, Safety officers and managers involved in
reporting, investigating or reviewing workplace accidents and incidents.
