Training Course Topic: Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management

Training Course Description: Overview of various types of emergencies, developing
emergency response plans, and promoting workplace resilience. Participants will learn
practical steps to mitigate risks, ensure safety, and maintain business continuity during
and after an emergency.

Course Objective: For participants to understand the importance of disaster preparedness
and emergency management, identify different types of hazards and potential
emergencies, recognize the roles and responsibilities of individuals and emergency
response teams, demonstrate knowledge of evacuation procedures, communication
protocols and first response actions

Target Audience: all employees, supervisors, managers, emergency response teams,
contractors.
