Training Course Topic: Ergonomics

Training Course Description: An overview of ergonomics in the workplace and how it can
help to improve Health and Safety including how WMSD’s can be prevented in the
workplace.

Course Objective: To increase awareness of ergonomics hazards in the workplace, and to
demonstrate how Work-related Musculo-skeletal disorders can be prevented.

Requirements for Participation: no requirements

Target Audience: managers, supervisors, and Production line workers, Conveyer tenders,
Heavy Equipment operators, Office staff, engineers and EHS personnel

Duration: 3-hour Awareness

Delivery Mode: In-person or online; interactive instructor led PowerPoint presentation
