Training Course Topic: Isolation (Lock-Out Tag-Out)

Training Course Description: This training provides an overview of lockout/tagout
isolation procedures used to control hazardous energy during servicing and maintenance
activities. Participants will learn the importance of proper isolation, roles and
responsibilities, and safe application of LOTO to prevent accidental equipment startup
and energy release.

Course Objective: To expose workers to energy isolation measures including corporate
LOTO procedures, and international best practices.

Target Audience: maintenance, production, Safety officers, Plant managers, engineers,
Maintenance operatives
